Uniting a Non Viable Hive with a Queen Right Hive Chapter 2

This is Chapter Two of the video about "Uniting a Non-Viable Hive with a Queen Right Hive", initially meant to be a single chapter until the entire video would not upload to YouTube. If you have not seen Chapter 1, here is a link to that video:    • Uniting a Non-Viable Hive with a Queen-Rig...   Chapter 2 of the video deals with the finalization of uniting two hives using a double screen and in particular honey bee behavior regarding scenting or Nasanoving (using Nasanov Glands) and what to expect. Using a double screen is useful whenever uniting a two colonies where the queenright colony is significantly smaller than the other colony that is not queenright or has a drone layer. The screen allows the Juvenile Hormone (from the brood) and the queen's scent to mix so that over a period of a few days, the queenless colony will adjust to the scent of the new queen and JH to accept them. Nasanoving is useful to understand so that when you see bees scenting (exposing Nasanov gland and flapping wings) you can understand what they are pointing to, e.g. pointing towards the queen, or in this case towards the new entrance to the hive. If you watched Chapter 1 prior to August 8th, 2021 you can skip to about 6:15 to pick up where Chapter 1 ended. After August 8th, 2021 I trimmed Chapter 1 so you can just watch both videos and pick up at the right spot.
