My Triumph or Disaster Pt 56B Armstrong Lever Link Bush Replacement

When I replaced the Lever Bump Stop in Pt56, I had to release the link on the trailing arm, this when I noticed that the link rubber bushes were not in great condition. So new bushes were ordered from Rimmer Bros who suggested that I upgrade to super poly blue comfort ones, so i did. I used an SUV trolley jack as this had an extension for extra height. I used the trolley jack to lift the trailing arm, PLEASE note that I also placed Axle Jacks under the rear frame for safety. This was a simple task taken with care and safety in mind. I changed both sides in less than an hour.
