This interview was never supposed to happen 😂 I was chatting with Blue Jays rookie Brandon Valenzuela when Davis Schneider happened to walk by — so naturally, we called him over. What followed was one of the most random and fun Blue Jays conversations you’ll see, from debating the best moustaches in baseball to how teammates can somehow tell when someone is talking smack even when there’s a language barrier. The two also talk about Kazuma Okamoto, whose body language apparently makes it VERY clear when he’s making fun of them 😂 Plus, Davis and Brandon share some genuinely great compliments about each other and reveal that, despite never having done an interview together before, they have a pretty fun dynamic.
