It uses a 1.5-liter turbocharged range extender paired with dual electric motors, producing a combined 391 kW (532 hp) and 625 Nm of torque. Power comes from a 49.4 kWh CATL ternary lithium battery, providing up to 220 km of CLTC electric range and a total range of around 1,340 km CLTC. DC fast charging can replenish the battery from 30% to 80% in roughly 20 minutes, while intelligent electric four-wheel drive, triple locking differentials, a two-speed transfer case, and an 11-mode ATS AI terrain system give the Taitan 700 serious off-road capability. Measuring 5,040 mm long, 1,959 mm wide, and 1,926 mm tall, the Taitan 700 has a 2,820 mm wheelbase and 215 mm of ground clearance. Its off-road geometry includes 26-degree approach, 23-degree departure, and 22-degree breakover angles, while a maximum 800 mm wading depth allows it to tackle deep water crossings. The SUV features double-wishbone front and multi-link rear independent suspension, complemented by an adjustable eight-stage nitrogen/air damping system designed to balance on-road comfort with demanding terrain performance. Inside, the Taitan 700 combines a highly digital cockpit with premium luxury features and advanced driver assistance technology. Its seven-screen layout is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 platform and includes a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, 15.6-inch central display, 15.6-inch passenger screen, HUD, and a 21.4-inch 3K roof-mounted rear entertainment display. Huawei's Qiankun ADS 5.0 system uses an 896-line dual-optical-path LiDAR and a 30-sensor perception suite for intelligent driving and automated parking.
