Here's another addition to the Bozza quartet for you all tonight, Le Chant des Forêts (The Song of the Forests) - I thoroughly hope you enjoy it! 😊 This was a fun challenge all in all, especially with regards to linking up the parts in key areas where the melodic line travels between them. I particularly enjoyed recording the ending as well. I tried to lean in and embrace that dissonance as much as possible. Now I look forward to working on the final movement, which will hopefully be with you some time next week! For now, I'm going to relax for the rest of the evening. I just got finished watching the last ever episode of Ted Lasso. What a show that is. The writing, and character development in it is so good. I'd even recommend it to people who don't really care that much for sport. Now I need to move on to something new, so any suggestions are more than welcome! I hear Succession is quite popular right now. I might have to give that one a go!
