Hello everyone. In this video, I will show you how I made the flattering Stretch Velvet Pullover Top with Ostrich Feathers. It was inspired by a beautiful designer top. The feathers are the statement element of the garment. I will show you how I attached these gorgeous feathers to the sleeve. The top is easy and fun to make.
