Who Decides What Granger Becomes?

Growth is coming to Granger either way. The question is whether the people who live here get a seat at the table when it does. Jan Cervelli, candidate for St. Joseph County Council District C, lays out what Granger could look like with a clear plan everyone can see and plug into.
