Naane Raja Naane Manthiri (நானே ராஜா நானே மந்திரி) 1985 Full Movie HD | Vijayakanth, Radhika, Goundamani, Senthil | Ilaiyaraaja Hits | தமிழ் திரைப்படம் 📝 Synopsis The movie Naane Raja Naane Manthiri (I Am the King, I Am the Minister) delivers a hilarious and critically acclaimed 1985 Tamil rural political satire centered on village egoism, humorous power struggles, and unexpected romance. The story revolves around Rangamani (Vijayakanth), an arrogant, pompous, and self-proclaimed village leader who considers himself the supreme ruler of his hamlet, constantly bossing around everyone with comedic authority. Rangamani's authoritarian peace is disrupted by the arrival of Bhagyalakshmi (Radhika), a strong-willed, independent woman who refuses to bow down to his ridiculous commands. Their continuous verbal spars and ego-driven clashes slowly morph into a unique love-hate dynamic. Meanwhile, the film is legendary for its side-splitting parallel comedy tracks featuring Goundamani as Kuppusamy, Senthil as Naakuthuruthi, and Kovai Sarala as Subbatha, whose banter and rural antics have achieved cult status. Directed with effortless comic timing by debutant Balu Anand and elevated by Ilaiyaraaja's sensational soundtrack (featuring timeless hits like "Thendral Nilave" and "Engooru Kavalkaran"), Naane Raja Naane Manthiri remains an all-time classic entertainer of Tamil cinema. ► Credits 🎬 Movie Credits: ⭐ Movie Name: Naane Raja Naane Manthiri (1985) ⭐ Starring: Vijayakanth (as Rangamani), Radhika (as Bhagyalakshmi), Jeevitha, Goundamani (as Kuppusamy), Senthil (as Naakuthuruthi), Kovai Sarala (as Subbatha), Kullamani (as Kulaiyan), Swaminathan (as Kathavarayan), Idichapuli Selvaraj, Kumari Muthu, C.
