The second of the two bosses in the Sunken Ship is Johnny, who initially appears to be a shark pirate. He's got the 5th star and the only way to get it is to defeat him in battle. He's a tough customer, especially with a small army of mini sharks around him jabbing you with their spears. Take them out to reduce the barrage and then you can focus your efforts on the big boy shark. If you do the same as I do in the video then you should be able to beat him.
