The track "The Cruel Carpenter" is an interpretation of a traditional folk song of various names including "The Cruel Ship's Carpenter", "Pretty Polly", "The Gosport Tragedy", "The Perjured Ship Carpenter", etc. The track "Broadcast / "I Can't Hide You From the Government" is a cover of the song Cloudbusting by Kate Bush."
