Nescafe Dolce Gusto Replace Selection and Locking Lever

Bought this faulty unit. Selection lever not working and unable to lift the locking lever. Towards the end, after the replacement of the above, noticed even though it is set at 8 bar water level, it only managed to dispense 1 or 2 water level of water (hot / cold). Also, it was blinking red green alternatively. I thought it was the water pump or that it needed descaling. After the video ended, I further serviced the water pump but after servicing, hot or cold also didn't dispense the water level I wanted. I also tried to do descaling but it didn't manage to run successfully as the selection lever returned to centre position 10 seconds or so instead of 2 minutes in descaling mode. Suspected that the board might have issue so board was changed and tested fine in another video here    • VID 20210921 131628 Repaired Nescafe Dolce...   . Also changed the casing at the back to match the changed selection lever and locking mechanism colour. Only the drip tray is different colour.
