🌿 A Full Day of Slow Living Alone in the Countryside | Sunrise to Sunset Hi friend, Come spend a quiet day with me living alone in the countryside, from early morning light to the peaceful sunset. There is no talking and no background music in this video. Just the natural sounds of everyday countryside life. 🤍🌿 I wake up around 6:40 AM and begin my day with simple home activities -sweeping the compound, digging and weeding in the yard, and harvesting some beautiful flowers to arrange in a vase. I also pick fresh lemons from the yard and make a simple refreshing sugar-free glass of warm lemon water before preparing a humble countryside breakfast of steamed sweet potatoes with their skins on, millet porridge mixed with milk, and a glass of homemade cocktail juice. 🍋🍠 Later in the day, I do my laundry, take a shower, and head out for a peaceful walk through the village. Eventually, I return home, hang my clothes out to dry, and watch the day slowly come to an end as the sun sets. This is simply a day in my quiet countryside life in Uganda -gardening, cooking, cleaning, walking, and enjoying the beauty of ordinary moments.
