Count Dooku spent three years believing he had Obi-Wan Kenobi figured out. He had beaten him on Geonosis, he had fenced Qui-Gon Jinn thousands of times, and he walked onto the Invisible Hand expecting a performance instead of a fight. Then Obi-Wan stopped moving his feet. This video looks at why the final duel broke Dooku before it killed him. It traces the trick he had used since he was an initiate, the model of Obi-Wan he built secondhand and never updated, and the moment he realized the man in front of him had become a master of the one form his own method could not read. The film scenes are Canon. Dooku's inner reaction comes from Matthew Stover's Legends novelization, and both are labeled throughout.
