CEXI Zone Editor

Side project I've been working on that allows you to edit FFXI zones, or make new ones from scratch. Handles collision, navmesh, vfx, sound effects, music, footsteps, weather, custom geometry, lod. It also provides some tools to help view events however those are a bit messy atm as no spell effects or server side event logic coming in. I plan to add an event builder into it as well as monster spawn migrations for private server databases.
