We Hiked to Grandma’s Mountain Home After Her Passing ❤️ Today’s vlog is one of the most special and emotional adventures of our life. I started this journey with my three younger brothers — Munna, Aizaz and Imtiaz — as we packed our bags and began an unforgettable hiking adventure through the mountains of Neelum Valley, Azad Kashmir. Our destination was a place very close to our hearts — the mountain area where our beloved grandmother used to spend her summers with her livestock. After her passing, we decided that we should visit this beautiful place at least once every year and keep her memories alive. ❤️ Our journey started from our village as we climbed higher and higher through beautiful green mountains, natural springs, forests and peaceful trails. Along the way, we enjoyed the sounds of birds, flowing water and the incredible silence of the mountains. We stopped several times to rest, drink fresh mountain water and enjoy some snacks. We also reached Gujjar Mountains, where we took a short break before continuing our hike. During the journey, I also stopped to offer Asr prayer before continuing towards our destination. After hours of hiking, we finally reached the mountain area where Grandma’s old traditional home was located. We cleaned the house, collected firewood, spent time with the livestock and prepared a traditional mountain-style meal together. My brothers helped prepare the dough while I cooked chicken. Eventually, we sat together and enjoyed our food in the middle of the mountains. As darkness fell, we opened our sleeping bags and prepared to spend the night in Grandma’s old mountain home.
