Missouri Trout Fishing (Catch, Clean, and Cook on Niangua River)

Missouri Trout fishing Catch Clean and Cook all without leaving the river. We head down the Niangua river in Missouri with one goal. Catch clean and cook the rainbow trout we caught primitive style for lunch. Eating like a caveman is something I have been accused of so I figured I would teach my son to do it.
