Deep Aqua Combat

This is PART 1 of 3 to form a full 45-60 minute class. This is a 7 minute aqua combat video which is specifically designed for the deep class. All participants are advised to wear a floatation belt. I'm moving fast through the moves so the video is not too long but please keep to water tempo & half water tempo when performing these moves on poolside
