Business Strategy 01 - Introduction to Strategic Management

This is the first session in my Business Strategy Lecture series. In this session, we talk about what is Strategy actually, why companies need a strategy, and who is the main audience of a good business strategy. Finally, I I will be giving an overview of the Strategic Management process, which will be our guide for the remainder of this course.
