1992-11-10 Morning After The Election Part 4

10 Nov 1992 (Part 4) - Blake thinks Roger is upset about her possibly moving away and not seeing him every day. Roger tries to lead Blake into asking for forgiveness about betraying him for Ross, but Blake doesn't take the hint. Blake doesn't understand why Roger looks so sad. Jenna comes back in as Blake leaves and offers Roger a shoulder to lean on. In Holly's office, Ross tries to appeal to Holly's maturity. Holly continues to insist that it's normal for her to feel this way, as Ross tries again to get her to see how she's changed by holding on to the anger and bitterness. Holly describes Roger's fatherly anguish over Blake betraying him for Ross. Ross points out that Holly has come full circle with Roger, and is becoming just like him. Ross also notices how interested Holly seems in Roger's love life, despite her protests. Ross leaves Holly pondering his comments, as Gilly apologizes to him about having to see Holly. Ross receives a gift and note from Roger about working together in the future. Meanwhile, Roger laments to Jenna that he didn't understand how much Blake loves Ross, but Jenna insists that Blake still loves her father too. Roger explains how hard it's been to teach his child this lesson, but it had to be done. Roger worries that Blake may not understand why he's doing this to her.
