These are the carburetors of my new 2001 Suzuki Bandit 1200S. This video covers the reassembly of the carbs after taking everything off, and cleaning all the jets, and replacing the orings with K&L carb rebuild kit #18-5082. Some of my videos are a bit long but I don't want to create a video that is missing relevant information about disassembly, or how to reassemble carbs. Messing up a carb reassembly isn't catastrophic...it just sucks having to drain them and take them off the bike again. I did have 2 issues arose on the video when I sped up the video....1st I forgot the diaphram spring when I put carb #2 together (I was thinking about the best way to check the float height) and I wasn't paying attention. I caught my mistake and laughed at myself. #2 Near the end you can see me accidentally knock off the tin that held the contents of carb 4 onto the floor. Luckily I found all the pieces. :) I just finished the next video replacing the fuel "T", and 2 fuel pipes on the carbs. Here are a few other videos I've posted on this Bandit 1200S.
