I created a new energetic essence for today’s Celtic Reiki healing session. It’s all about slowing down, centering, retreating into the subconscious, and finding stillness in order to become calm, focused, and serene which will then lead to slow, solid growth and being more grounded. If we can be still in order to meditate, be more receptive, and surrender—then we have the ability to make long-lasting, stable, and healthy changes and progress. Using the Nordic Isa Rune, the Duir/Oak Celtic Ogham, Odin’s ravens Huginn & Munnin, the Heron, Japanese Goddess Yukon-Onna, the astrological 12th house, and tarot’s High Priestess we can step into a quiet, wintertime, slow, icy, state of stillness and frozen pause—the same way Mother Earth does. Giving us a peaceful reflection in the liminal space to slow down and rest. To check in beyond the veil and gain answers from listening and being receptive to the unconscious messages we are being sent. Thusly leading to a much more solid and paced growth journey.
