Дайм 1964 года

Some days the treasure comes easy. This wasn't one of those days. I met up with Jason for another day of metal detecting old Dallas dirt with the XP Deus 2, and the ground was absolutely brutal—dry, hard, full of gravel, iron, trash and apparently an endless supply of memorial pennies. But we kept digging. The first location gave up a wheat cent, some cool old hardware, clad coins and plenty of questionable objects destined for the tumbler, but nothing that was going to make the hunt. So we moved. That's when things started getting interesting. At the second site I pulled a 1958 Dallas dog tag, followed by some older trash, a piece of what appears to be a brooch and even a little junk ring. Jason managed to pull another silver quarter because apparently that's just what Jason does. Then, buried among an absolute cacophony of targets, I finally heard that faint little tone I was waiting for. SILVER. A Roosevelt dime finally gave me the coin I'd been chasing. It wasn't an adrenaline-filled hunt. There was no gold coin or bucket of silver waiting for us. It was just one of those hunts where you grind it out, recover a few pieces of history and eventually get rewarded. And sometimes those little hunts are exactly what keeps you going. Go slow. Go low. Dig the weird signals. And if it beeps and it repeats, DIG IT. 🔎 METAL DETECTING GEAR Detector Warehouse detectorwarehouse.com/igetthattreasure Use code GETTHATTREASURE at checkout. 📱 FOLLOW GET THAT TREASURE Instagram: @getthattreasure Threads: @getthattreasure TikTok: @getthattreasure 📧 STICKERS, SWAG & FAVORITE FINDS Want some Get That Treasure stickers or have a Favorite Find you'd like featured? igetthattreasure@gmail.com I'll send the stickers out free of charge.
