Hello my Friends! Today I am doing a Fall Favorite Collaboration with my Girl Christy! These Sweet Potato Doughnuts are so Tender, moist, and with a Maple Glaze OMG Delicious!! Christy’s Cooking Channel:    / @christyscookinglifestyle   Christy's Sweet Potato Cinnamon Rolls:    • Sweet Potato Cinnamon Rolls/Ellen's Homema...   3 1/2 cups self rising flour 1 cup white sugar 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp ground ginger 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg 1/8 tsp ground cloves 1/8 tsp ground allspice 2 large eggs, lightly beaten 1 cup sour cream 1 cup cooked mashed sweet potato 1 tsp vanilla extract Oil, for frying Maple Glaze 2 2/3 cups powdered sugar (sifted) 3 1/2 tbsp evaporated milk 1/4 tsp maple extract In a medium bowl, combine and sift flour, sugar,, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves and allspice. In a large bowl, combine eggs, sour cream, sweet potato, and vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture, stirring to combine. Turn dough out onto a heavily floured surface. Knead in flour with hands as needed (dough will be sticky). Roll out dough to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut out dough with a 2 1/4-inch round cutter. Cut out center of doughnuts with a 3/4-inch round cutter. Re-roll dough as needed. In a large pot or deep fryer, heat oil to 360 degrees Cook donuts 3-5 minutes per side, or until lightly browned. Drain on wire rack. Drizzle Maple Glaze and serve. For The Glaze Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
