"A Different Call" a Homily on Luke 13:10-17

We are all called by God to be transformed; that transformation comes in different ways. Looking at the story of Jesus healing the crippled woman in the synagogue on the Sabbath, Rev. Ben explores how God interacts with us and transforms us. This story pulls our attention toward a controversy over how to observe the Sabbath, but before that controversy unfolds, Jesus calls a woman to be healed.
