Message: Hebrews 8 - New Covenant @ GPC 25/10/26

Now the writer of Hebrews elucidates what Jesus opens up to as the eternal High Priest, a New Covenant. But just as the scriptures of the Old Testament tell of a priest coming in the order of Melichizedek (well done Ian for last week's message) so this New Covenant is foretold by the prophet Jeremiah. You can hear the joy and wonder as he announces the fulfilment of this long treasured promise. And its outflow, the water of life Jesus promises to the woman at the well in John 4, is freely offered to us, the law there in our minds and written on our hearts. Our mission at Gorebridge Parish is to encourage everyone to live in the reality of Jesus' love. We pray this helps you to do so in your life. CCLI 144972
