23 - 23 lessons learned in 2023

In this new episode, I wanted to share with you what I have learned this year through my experience and silent battles. Here my twenty three lessons learned : 1- Your life can’t be at best if your health is trash 2- If you know, teach! 3- Maintain your standards high 4- Stay feminine no matter what life throws at you 5- The hardest is not to have or get but to keep and maintain 6- Be nice enough to be respected but not too nice to be disrespected 7- Be careful to mind games! Some women can be very bitchy and some men can be very dishonest 8- Loyalty is my first criteria in family, friendship and love departments 9- Know who you’re dealing with, know who your allies and ennemis are 10- If you’re not appreciated or treated well, dismiss yourself! Don’t get played! 11- Kindness is such a signature of the strongest 12- Sometimes it’s better to have what you need than what you want 13- I don’t share to show off, I share to show that it’s possible 14- Be picky on your husband/wife because it will affect you in all areas 15- Love yourself and have a decent self-esteem for yourself 16- Don’t forget to enjoy life and your people 17- Love is a choice, think with your brain 18- Everything is a learning experience 19- For a man, a woman is an investment; For a woman, a woman is an asset 20- If I’m a lot, please feel free to find less 21- No respect, no love… walk away 22- if you can make somebody look great, they’ll love you 23- If people violate your terms and conditions, you must be willing to terminate their contract. Their bad behaviour is on them, continuing to accept it is on us.
