Basically this route is a circle kind of in South East London….When it reaches Garland Road Clinic(Woodlands Estate) the driver switches the blind to Queen Elizabeth Hospital and then picks up passengers dosent go on stand or a break and continues. So the drivers only get break at Queen Elizabeth Hospital which is sad.So if you miss it.It won’t be on stand it will just go. It goes around some backroads too.But it’s not short as the E1. The 291 starts at Garland Road Clinic(Woodlands Estate or Queen Elizabeth Hospital which ever way you’re going.It goes through places like Plumstead Common,Woolwich,Woolwich Common and ending at Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Ah yes I forgot to mention that this route was on Stagecoach and it was a single decker route but when it went to GAL they turned this route into double decker.One of those unlucky routes that get transferred from single to double or double to single. 291 is W route.When it was on Stagecoach it used to use single door E200s and Darts W.
