I want to make it clear that I don’t hate the Toy Story franchise or its characters—I actually love them. This video isn’t meant to target or upset anyone. I personally didn’t enjoy Toy Story 4, but I still believe the real ending of Toy Story 3 was perfect the way it was. This is simply a “what if” scenario I wanted to explore. What if the toys were never saved in Toy Story 3? This video reimagines the incinerator scene with a much darker outcome—where Woody, Buzz, and the others are forced to face the unthinkable. With Lotso’s final betrayal, there’s no last-second rescue… only one final moment together. Featuring emotional callbacks and flashbacks from across the trilogy, this alternate ending shows how everything could have changed… if things didn’t turn out okay. If the story ended like this, the future of Toy Story might have stopped right here. I’m sorry if this one hits hard.
