So sorry I took forever to upload this one. I was out on a break to touch grass, smell the flowers, and detox from the internet for quite a bit. I'm back in business (for the most part...) and have some stuff planned out to upload this year! Progress was slow for a lot of these because we all had some complications behind the scenes and needed time to take a step back and recover. I'm grateful to all of those who have been patiently waiting for this song to properly come out! I added a few extra touches in the vocals to satisfy my own ears, hope it isn't too much, haha. I'd also like to properly thank those who have reached out when I had announced the cancellation of VS. Mouse Ultimate, it was honestly a very difficult time in my life and managing the project had gone to a point of incredibly slow development, disagreements on the lore, and complications with outside factors. It was just too stressful for me to handle on my own and I sincerely apologize to the developers and the audience that I was not strong enough to direct it further. Regardless, thank you for the love and support that we've received afterwards, it helped us feel like our time and efforts were not wasted. Mouse Ultimate (stylized as Vs. Mouse ULTIMATE) Was an unofficial Vs. Mouse mod that was created by the VMU Team/Drunk Rat Studios, being directed by Saster and CloudDaGoat. The mod was intended to be a complete overhaul of the original Vs. Mouse, with a new, fleshed out story, new songs, new characters, and more. On March 26, 2026, it was announced that the mod was canceled after the developers realized they did not have the time, energy or sustainability to finish everything they had planned.[1] Various behind the scenes issues were also a contributing factor. A canceled build featuring an almost-finished Episode 1, legacy songs, the unfinished first song of Episode 2, and a secret song was released on June 21, 2026.
