He Never Saw the Betrayal Coming

Risk: Global Domination. Fixed Capitals. Trigons. I almost never play Fixed Cards — and this game is a pretty good example of why. 😂 Blue and I start out friendly, but Fixed is incredibly unforgiving. There’s no huge progressive trade waiting to bail you out, so when someone gives you an opportunity, sometimes you just have to take it. And that opportunity arrives when Blue conquers what I have officially named the Triangle of Terror. Unfortunately for him, I’m sitting comfortably in the Parallelogram of Power. Yes, these are the official strategic terms. No, I will not be taking questions. Blue leaves himself vulnerable at exactly the wrong moment, and I have a decision to make: stay homies, or betray him while the opportunity is there. You can probably guess what happens next.
