Inspired by strategies from Dan Martell and Alex Hormozi, I began tracking my days in 15-minute increments. I then upload those audits into AI for a weekly review. This helps me identify where my time is going, celebrate the wins, recognize the tasks consuming too much energy, choose my most important “frogs,” and regroup for the week ahead. I also explain how I turn the real stories, lessons, and experiences captured in those audits into an organized social media plan. Instead of constantly wondering what to post, I’m using what is already happening in my business to create relevant and authentic content. The goal is not to fill every available minute with more work.
