First Nations NT hip hop stars J-MILLA + Yung Milla teamed up with fledgling local talent K2 the B and CJR to create ‘BARUNGA’ - a powerful new modernisation of the Barunga Statement as told from a youth perspective. Led by a program designed to foster community wellbeing and engagement through music, ‘BARUNGA’ is a strong, proud collaboration between established and emerging First Nations artists, honouring the legacy of the original Barunga Statement through the voices of the next generation.
