The day begins with making pancakes for my kids for breakfast 🥞, followed by a lovely brunch at a friend’s house, a little shopping, and ending the day in my kitchen making soft dinner rolls and crispy air-fried chicken for dinner. 🥐🍗 Just ordinary moments, slow living, comforting homemade meals, and the beauty of finding happiness in the little things. With love, 🤎 Fluffiest Dinner Roll Recipe 3cups flour 1 cup warm milk + extra warm water for kneading 2Tablespoons of butter 2Tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon salt 2t teaspoon active dry yeast *Save the recipe* The fluffiest and the most delicious pancake recipe. Flour 1 cup Milk Lukewarm 1 cup (you can add the same amount of buttermilk for that extra richness. Just add 1 tablespoon of vinegar or Lemon juice to a cup of Luke warm milk and let it sit for a few mins, your buttermilk substituteis ready) Baking powder 1,1/2 teaspoon 1 egg (room temperature) Oil 2 tablespoons ( use the same amount of butter for a rich buttery taste) Vanilla 1/2 teaspoon Salt a pinch Sugar 2 tablespoons Soda bicarbonate 1/4 teaspoon . (Make sure all the ingredients are at room temperature) Mix all the ingredients and stir well just until combined. Don't over-mix the batter or the pancake will be tough more like a rubbery texture. Heat a non-stick pan and Pour about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of batter onto the hot pan. When the bubbles start to appear on the top surface of the pancake, turn it over. Repeat the process with the remaining batter. Serve immediately with butter, Maple syrup, fresh berries or fresh cream. Or you can serve it with some Nutella and fresh cream. . To achieve shiny even colour do not grease the pan. Just heat the non stick pan and pour the pancake batter.
