Entry dog gives you the entire burst to hit him whereas entry bird flies for a portion of your spread. You can consider Tiger start with a -4 cd hat but with any other hat you delay the first burst too much and popping everything off cd is very important to ensure you get enough time at the end for last burst. This strat does mean you will usually get one less life in P2/P3 due to your gauge being lower from killing bird last so if you don't want to risk having a lower life count the rest of the run you can go Bird - Tiger - Dog instead but this will yield slightly less damage in P1 as explained above. P2 doesn't matter what you do if you pace correctly in P1 and just get off your burst correctly you should have more than enough damage to 3 burst.
