Spent CDC with Wally Wing by Arthur Mühling

Now my champion series is complete. This exact fly and the Klinkhåmer Special were the flies I won the 18th German Open Fly Tying Championship with at the EWF in 2025. I found this fly on SMHAEN's YouTube channel while preparing for the championship, and to this day, it astonishes me how realistic this little fly looks despite using ordinary materials. Let me tell you, this is a really tricky fly to tie perfectly. For the perfectionists: yes, I know I should have counter-ribbed the ribbing, but anyways.
