Skydiving AFF Category E / FU7 Instability & Tracking Refresher Alexis

Alexis took a bit of time between jumps in her AFF training. When she came back to finish her license, we started by repeating the last jump she had done. This is Freefall University's FU7 otherwise similar to USPA Category E skydive. Her objectives were a front and a back flip, and sttempting delta tracking for 3 seconds. Alexis did very well throughout the jump, but her heading control while tracking needs some attention. Her debrief focused on how to control heading while in a track.
