Best Action Movie of Each Year (Based on Avg. of IMDB and Metascore)

Criteria: For each year, threshold is determined with previous general video's threshold. Therefore no threshold specified for this. Movies without a Metascore and those failing to meet ten times the established vote threshold are excluded. If there is no threshold met the criteria, the threshold is set as 100. For each eligible movie, an average score is calculated using the Metascore and the IMDb rating. For example, the average score of a movie with an IMDb rating of 8.7 and a Metascore of 75 is 8.1. If an eligible movie lacks a Metascore, it is added with its score reduced by 1. If two movies have the same average score, the movie with the higher number of votes is ranked higher.
