Chef Takashi runs this location is and the son of the famous Jiro Ono, who still runs the original Sukiyabashi Jiro in Ginza. Jiro Ono was featured in the popular Netflix documentary, Jiro Dreams of Sushi and many have claimed he makes the best sushi in the world. Getting a reservation is extremely difficult and you either have to be a local or have the help of the concierge at a luxury hotel. We were so glad to be able to get a reservation from Sukiyabashi Jiro Roppongi Hills.
