Located at 1 Bridge Road, Glebe (on the waterfront at Blackwattle Bay adjacent to the old site), the $830+ million structure is the largest fish market in the southern hemisphere. It operates daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. .. Working Market: Includes dedicated wharves for commercial boats to unload catches directly, plus viewing areas for the public to watch wholesale trade and live auctions. .. Retail & Dining: Houses more than 40 seafood retailers, specialty food stores, casual spots, and restaurants.Public Space: Framed by over 6,000 square metres of public open space, a new waterfront promenade, and five permanent First Nations art installations.
