PSDPEP Scholarship Beneficiaries Present Research Progress at SIF

MPhil and PhD students benefiting from scholarships under the Post-COVID-19 Skills Development and Productivity Enhancement Project (PSDPEP) on Wednesday October, 21 2026 presented their research progress at the Social Investment Fund (SIF), outlining their achievements, current research stages, and expected outcomes. The presentations featured several research topics, including drug-resistant mutations within and flanking the HIV-1 integrase gene among people living with HIV on dolutegravir-based antiretroviral therapy, Cervical Immune Profile and Vital Genetic Markers as Predictors of Oncogenic Human papillomavirus Infection Outcome and many others. The students highlighted the objectives of their respective studies and the anticipated contributions of their research to scientific knowledge and healthcare in the country.
