I Had to Miss Football Practice… Because of PhD Lab Work 🧪⚽ | Research Life

A day in the life of a PhD researcher where *lab work wins over football! 🧪⚽* Today was all about enzyme assays in the lab — I worked on *cellulase and amylase activity**, while also trying to survive the usual PhD research routine. And of course, research days need fuel… so there was **chole bhature and dosa* somewhere in between! 😂🍽️ The biggest disappointment of the day? *Missing my football practice game because of lab work.* ⚽🥲 From enzyme activity assays to lunch breaks and the constant struggle of balancing research with things I actually enjoy — this is another day of my PhD life.
