Watch this recording of CanWCC's Fall Town Hall, "The Missing Piece in Canada's Care Infrastructure: Support for Self-Employed Professionals", where we share updates on our House of Commons e-petition, which has reached the required number of signatures to move forward. Building on our ongoing advocacy around care as essential infrastructure for Canada’s economy, this conversation focuses on self-employment in the healthcare sector. We brought together voices from the field to explore the realities faced by self-employed healthcare professionals and the policies and support systems needed to help them thrive.
