Gas Lads - Ooh Ah Up Me Ma

“Ooh Ah Up Me Ma” by Gas Lads is a warm, funny, and heartfelt Irish pub-folk tribute to mammies everywhere. Built around a rowdy singalong chorus, the song celebrates the Irish mother who always has food ready, tea in the pot, patience beyond reason, and the strength to hold the whole house together even when money is tight and life is anything but easy. It is affectionate, a little cheeky, and full of gratitude for the woman who fed you, raised you, prayed for you, warned you to bring a jacket, and somehow always knew when something was wrong. © 2026 The Uncanny Record Company.
