A Little More Jesus and A Little Less Me Written by Christian Artist Lee

It’s Not About Us, It’s All About Jesus A Short Letter Sometimes we get so caught up in ourselves, our struggles, and what we want that we forget what truly matters. This life is not about making our own names great; it’s about making the name of Jesus known. It’s not about what we can do, but what He can do through us. Instead of focusing on our weaknesses, we should focus on His strength. Instead of seeking our own glory, let us give Him all the praise. Jesus is the reason we have hope, the reason we have salvation, and the reason we have a future in Heaven. Let’s spend less time looking at ourselves and more time looking to the Savior who gave everything for us. Because when it’s all said and done, it’s not about us. It’s all about Jesus! A Prayer to Put Jesus First Heavenly Father, thank You for reminding us that this life is not about us, but about Your Son, Jesus Christ. Please help us put our pride aside, stop seeking our own glory, and focus on what You can do through us. Teach us to trust Your power instead of our own abilities, to share Your love instead of seeking attention, and to give You the glory in everything we do. When we feel weak, remind us that Your strength is greater. When we become distracted by ourselves, turn our eyes back to Jesus. Let our words, our actions, and our lives point others toward Him, so that people see not how great we are, but how great our Savior is. In the precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
