Hello! In this one-hour episode Ms. Alejandra teaches about vegetables and fruits. To learn to categorize vegetables and fruits, colors, counting, and how to say some words in ASL. Sign language is known to help children develop their language, regulate emotions, cognitively, and socially. Ms. Alejandra uses repetition and songs to help children learn and develop their language skills. She compose her own songs using different tunes of nursery rhymes, like the "Bringing home a bag of seeds" in the tune of the Bumble Bee song. Ms. Alejandra also sings a name song inviting children and grown ups to dance and move! Also, we have a special guest joining, his name is Don Alfredo. Don Alfredo in this video help us learn how to make a delicious fruit salad.
