ROYALTY Lo-fi Pop × Alternative R&B × Dreamy House | Ambrose Arcana Dear Listener, 🤍 Have you ever had a dream so big that the life you were living couldn't possibly contain it? Something that seemed ridiculous to everyone else, but deep inside, you couldn't bring yourself to let it go? That's where ROYALTY began. At the beginning of 2026, I was homeless, living out of my car with my two dogs and trying to figure out where life was taking me. I had very little, but I still had my imagination, my creativity, and a habit of wishing on the stars. Even during those difficult nights, I couldn't stop dreaming about the life I wanted to create. Eventually, I found somewhere to live. My equipment wasn't exactly glamorous: a laptop with a broken screen, limited resources, and plenty of things I had no idea how to do yet. But I started learning, experimenting, making mistakes, and turning my ideas into something I could share with the world. I started streaming, releasing music, and watching my little community grow. My YouTube channel began with four subscribers, and every new listener has meant something to me. Knowing that something I've created might become part of someone else's day is a wonderful feeling. Then something rather funny happened. While gaming, someone asked if I was Lo-fi Girl. I laughed and said, "I wish!" But it sparked a mischievous thought: What if someday people recognized Ambrose Arcana? What if I could build a creative career through my music, artwork, and streams? And that's where the wordplay came in. I'm royalty, making money from my royalties. ROYALTY is my little manifestation song. It's about envisioning a future where my creativity supports me, gives me independence, and allows me to keep doing what I love. I'm not singing about a fortune I've already made. I'm singing about the future I'm working toward. But this song isn't only about my dreams. It's also meant to inspire you to pursue yours. Whether you want to create art, make music, start a business, or change your life entirely, I hope it encourages you to begin, even if your circumstances aren't perfect. A note about my creative process: I believe in being transparent about my work. ROYALTY comes from my personal experiences, original lyrics, my own voice, and my artistic direction, with AI-assisted music production helping bring it to life. The girl in this thumbnail began as my own hand-drawn anime sketch, created in my personal illustration style. AI helped develop my original drawing into the finished artwork. There's a great deal of human imagination, effort, and creative decision-making behind these projects, even when technology contributes to the final result. I understand that AI raises legitimate concerns, but dismissing someone's work with "Oh, she used AI" doesn't erase the human contribution. My experiences, lyrics, voice, drawings, and artistic choices are still real. Throughout history, new technologies have faced resistance, while innovators have also discovered ways to use them creatively and open doors for others. Like any tool, AI can be used responsibly or irresponsibly. I believe accountability should be directed toward the people and companies responsible for harmful practices rather than used to discredit every creator who uses the technology. We can question how tools are developed and used while still appreciating the creative possibilities they offer. For me, these tools have helped make projects possible that might otherwise have remained ideas in my imagination. I'm proud of my contribution, grateful for the opportunities, and excited to keep learning. If there's one thing I hope you take away from ROYALTY, it's this: Your beginning doesn't have to look like your destination. Give your dreams a chance. You never know what you might create. And maybe, just maybe, there's a little royalty in you, too. They used to ask if I was Lo-fi Girl.
