Lyrics Land drowned in dried blood Violent politics, soaked in terror and hate Greed commands the veins of the South The soil suffers — eternally condemned Women, cruelly violated Men, savagely exploited Their music returns them a glimpse of peace Winds filled with dust and blood Mothers suffering for their sons No peace — only hunger and despair From the capital, they mock this land Families flee north, seeking peace their veins bleed with resentment For the hatred of their ways our people condemn their leaders Refused the law and kill the rules Ruins, cathedrals, history — they want them erased They looted the riches with violence and claimed the land without peace. They strangled the banks and the savings, taking the money into the void. Their lies kept the misery and left the people in silence They bought their votes with hunger, murdered their ethics and lives.
