Castlevania II: Simon's Quest for NES is a game I came into with low expectations, but was pleasantly surprised by around every turn. Although lots of people seem to dislike this one, I absolutely loved it. There is something very charming about the translation and the gameplay that I love in the 8-bit generation, and Castlevania 2 was no different! 🍖 The introductory animation and outro text were created and designed by Saad Azim.
