The Rhine Falls is a spectacular waterfall located on the High Rhine in Switzerland. It is considered the most powerful waterfall in Europe and is one of the country's most popular tourist attractions. The falls are situated on the border between the cantons of Schaffhausen and Zurich, between the municipalities of Neuhausen am Rheinfall and Laufen-Uhwiesen/Dachsen. Located approximately 3 km south of the town of Schaffhausen and close to the German border, the Rhine Falls offers visitors a breathtaking view of the powerful flow of the Rhine River.
