Servette-Music TV: René Hagmann introduces you to the Free Flow Valve for trombones that he developped here in our Geneva workshops. The idea behind the free flow valve was to allow the trombone to emit a homogenious sound, amongst F and B flat registers. Once installed on your trombone, the free flow valve will bring you several benefits : an extremely homogene projection in the low as well as in the high register, easy, open, a very tight sound, homogenous, full and pure, but also a better dynamic and you will keep the initial tone of your intrument, and finally, mechanically, it is very safe and secure, quiet, and it’s the only valve that can be lubricated easily and efficiently.
